Academy of Pastry Arts blogspot_ Astronomical Gastronomical

I am a foodie and virtually one of those people who live to eat. But, definitely not a food connoisseurs, for when it comes to food, I have no specific choices. I am what you can call a, food binger. Food connoisseurs are different set of people. They eat the finest foods, and delight on exclusive choice of foods.

Now, let’s come to the more practical aspect involving food. The aspect we call-’cooking’. Cooking is perhaps the underrated of all art forms. This is quite strange, considering the fact that the final product of this understated craft is loved, and gorged upon by everyone. Nowadays, there are various professional culinary colleges in India, which promote this art. Ask a novice, and he will tell you that cooking is all about hitting the spatula in the pan. But an expert begs to differ. A culinarian will tell you that cooking involves lot of physical and mental stamina. It involves lot of grinding, pounding, beating, scooping, and heating, and of course, intelligence, for you have to decide upon factors like the amount of heat, quantity of spices etc.

The professional culinary colleges we were talking about, offer best professional culinary courses in India.

By enrolling in these courses one gets to know all the knick knack of cooking. And not only that one also gets to learn other aspects such as food presentation, food management, their nutritional values, and all other features of gastronomic sciences.

I did look through different culinary schools, offering culinary courses near me. Then someone told me about ‘Academy of Culinary Arts’ which is a name to reckon with in good cooking and good food. Ah! To talk about finer things of life.
